Dan Byler has worked in construction since 1995, and when he started his own company in 2014, he brought his sons Michael and Matthew on with him. Today the three of them own the business together, and that changes how a project feels. The people who plan your remodel are the same people responsible for how it turns out, and the same name stands behind every job. This page is the story of how we got here and the people who’ll be in your home.

⸻ The story behind Bylers Kitchen & Bath
Dan’s background covers nearly every part of a build: home framing, pole barns, concrete and masonry work, and cabinet installation. That range is why Bylers can take a remodel from structural work all the way to finish carpentry.
In 2020, Dan, Michael, and Matthew split the business three ways. Each owner carries his own piece of it — Michael leads the crew on site, and Matthew runs the day-to-day operations behind the scenes.
In 2023, the business took its current name: Bylers Kitchen & Bath.
Every remodel starts with your vision. Our team provides drawings and 3D renderings so you can see your new space before we build it, and we’ve partnered with Autumn Dawn Interiors, an independent design studio whose designer works with our clients right in our showroom — helping you choose colors, materials, and finishes that fit your home and your life.

Every project is different, and the timeline depends on the size and scope of your remodel. We’ll communicate our expected time frame before we start and keep you updated on progress and any adjustments along the way. Our average kitchen remodel takes 4-6 weeks, and our average bathroom remodel takes 3-5 weeks.
No. We know a kitchen or bathroom remodel can disrupt your daily routine, and we do everything we can to keep your home functioning as normal while we work. Any furniture in the area being remodeled will need to move to another room, but you can stay in your home throughout the process.
We know the decision to let people into your home isn’t one you take lightly — and neither do we. We’re a family-owned business that has built our reputation on integrity, quality work, and treating every home with respect. Once you meet us and see our work, that will be evident.
We handle everything needed to complete your kitchen or bathroom remodel — from design and demolition to cabinetry, countertops, tile, flooring, electrical, fixtures, and final inspection. If you have another home remodel or custom project in mind, we’re happy to talk with you about that as well.
Absolutely. If you’ve purchased materials and want them installed, just ask. We want to make sure the job is done right, so we’ll work with you to make sure the materials you love are also the right fit for your project.
